Operate control boards, manage sound effects, and cue music to ensure smooth transitions and audio quality. Collaborate with producers to develop show themes, segments, and content that align with station branding and audience interests. Participate in promotional events, public appearances, and community outreach programs to enhance station visibility and listener engagement. Interview guests, ranging from celebrities to local community leaders, providing insightful and entertaining content. Archive broadcast material, maintaining a library of past shows, interviews, and special segments for future use or reference.

Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning. Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.). Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback. Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom. Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings. Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events. Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc. Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
