Product Operations Associate
At CLS Global, I work as a Product Operations Associate internally named Client Success Officer, combining product operations and growth responsibilities across our referral and lead-generation programs in a high-volume crypto market-making environment. I plan the product roadmap, build and automate partner and internal tools, and coordinate developers, operations, and stakeholders to launch scalable systems that improve onboarding speed, revenue transparency, and partner satisfaction. Before that, I spent three years in business development roles at crypto-focused agencies — CLS, ICODA and BDC Consulting — working with early-stage Web3 startups. I learned how to analyse product maturity, design go-to-market strategies, and tailor service bundles to each client’s growth stage. I managed B2B sales funnels end-to-end, delivered structured partner feedback to product teams, and closed high-value, long-term deals. This mix of product operations, growth and partner management enables me to design and optimise processes, bridge marketing, sales and product teams, and deliver data-driven improvements in acquisition, revenue and retention. I am comfortable working with CRM systems, dashboards and analytics to ensure clean data, clear KPIs and repeatable workflows.
