Successfully Tested, implemented and Configured various SaaS ERPs and CRMs using Rest API. 

Strong Knowledge of Implementation & Configuration of Enterprise products such as Salesforce CPQ , Salesforce B2C Salesforce B2B Commerce , Oracle NetSuite ,Microsoft Dynamic 365 , Intuit QuickBooks Desktop. 

Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as SFDC Salesforce & Jira.Worked as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) 

Experience in Data recovery and data migration from Sandbox to production environment using Jenkins for critical restore . 

Experience troubleshooting on Network monitoring tool and integrating it with various cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. 

Experience troubleshooting networking Alerts regarding DNS, SSL,TLS, HTTP. 

Worked on command line tools like cURL and Debug experience with bash and Groovy script. 

Managed Network monitor failures and made sure worked on high priority. 

Upgraded Network agent and plugins on client environments . 

Proactively monitoring health of Network infrastructure and performance. 

Experienced in providing support and monitor applications such as Oracle, MS SQL, Windows & Linux clients. 

Experience with other monitoring tools and protocols (SNMP, WMI).Good understanding of IP networking.
