Blockchain Software Engineer

With extensive experience in blockchain development, I specialize in building and optimizing decentralized solutions. As a Blockchain Software Engineer at Bisonai, I play a pivotal role in maintaining and scaling Miko, the Oracle for Kaia chain — a merger of Klaytn and Finschia chains, subsidiaries of Kakao and Line Corps. My work includes expanding Miko’s data feeds from 30 to over 100 token price pairs, ensuring subsecond data provision, and optimizing key services like the Verifiable Random Function (VRF) and Request-Response (RR). Additionally, I have tackled performance bottlenecks, cutting down block processing times from over four minutes to just three seconds through the implementation of a manual nonce manager.

Before my role at Bisonai, I held various engineering positions where I contributed to building robust, scalable systems. At AI-NOMIS, I led a team to build the company's main product and deployed open-source ML models to Google Cloud's Kubernetes. Prior to that, I worked at US2.AI, enhancing a C++ mobile app for echocardiogram analysis that met FDA compliance standards.

I am now seeking to leverage my blockchain expertise to continue developing cutting-edge decentralized solutions, with a focus on scalability, optimization, and innovative blockchain technologies.

Experience

Software Engineer
US2.AI
2022 - 2022
Debugged mobile app written in C++ that analyzes echocardiograms using ML models. As a result, the application was able to run and pass the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) 677 echocardiogram tests. Improved application’s memory usage by 2x by finding a balance between parallel model inference time and memory. Tech Stack: C++, Docker, Shell scripting (Bash), containerization, middleware.
Software Engineer
AI-NOMIS
2022 - 2024
Led a group of engineers to maintain and grow the company’s main product. Implemented the backend and database tables of the API Builder feature, which served as a major part of the company’s MVP for the pre-A funding round. Deployed over 20 open-source ML models to Google Cloud’s Kubernetes and integrated them into the main product’s backend and frontend. Developed supporting applications for internal use, such as Google and Naver image scraper, model topology converter between TFJS and Keras, and video to gif converter, and deployed to AWS. Tech Stack: Javascript (Node, React), Typescript, Python (Flask), GCP, AWS, CI/CD, Babel, CSS, Webpack.
