Aside from my customer support job experiences with tech. companies such as Cvent & AllyO, I also had the chance to work in Quadency, a cryptocurrency platform specializing in automated bots. I had the opportunity to take on various responsibilities due to the start-up nature of the company. This allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set encompassing technical support, customer support, customer success, marketing associate, and community management.
