➤ Design and deliver industry research and analyst reports for the Research Department; present conclusions and recommendations directly to the Board of Directors. ➤ Create a recurring fortnightly matrix report (extensive Excel modelling — pivot tables, multi-sheet analysis and scoring) that evaluates released games and prioritises titles for editorial review. ➤ Monitor and interpret trends across platforms (user engagement, genre shifts, monetization signals) to inform content strategy and product planning. ➤ Develop executive dashboards and concise slide decks that translate complex datasets into Board-ready insights for strategic planning and investment decisions. ➤ Perform cross-platform data aggregation and reporting to compare performance metrics across consoles, PC and mobile (or other platforms as required). ➤ Run competitor analyses, market opportunity studies and SWOTs to support business development and commercial strategy. ➤ Work closely with editorial teams to align review schedules with audience demand and editorial priorities. ➤ Ensure data quality and reproducibility of reports; maintain and improve reporting templates and analysis workflows. ➤ Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders with concise visualizations and clear, actionable recommendations. ➤ Support ad hoc requests from senior leadership with rapid analysis and scenario modelling. ➤ Contribute to process improvements that increase reporting cadence and reduce manual effort.

➤ Support the Investment Asset Infrastructure Centre of Excellence by focusing on implementation and providing solutions of current governance architecture. ➤ Contribute to ongoing enhancements regarding governance, risk and compliance as contemplated within AIA Investment Target Operating Model. ➤ Making a notable contribution to the Derivatives COE in respect of pre-trade controls setup. ➤ Perform on-going pre-trade controls support (eg: Aladdin/ Bloomberg AIMS & CMGR) on the following: Review, follow-up and uplifting of the pre-trade alerts from AIA business units. ➤ Assist AIA business units to review/ amend the existing pre-trade control rule which may due to the changing or new regulatory, mandate and internal requirements. ➤ Assist with the set-up of new pre-trade rules in accordance to Business Unit and AMC Governing Documents. ➤ Engage with stakeholders within various local business units, AMCs, Group Investment, Group Risk and Group Investment Compliance in discharging the above roles. ➤ Support wider automation and process streamlining initiatives of the wider IAI COE team. ➤ Other ad hoc activities as delegated by the Manager, Investment Asset Infrastructure-Support from time to time.
