As a coding instructor, I got the chance to teach coding to students ranging from elementary students to university students even teachers at times, the materials that I teach ranges from mobile application development, web development, game development, and more, and the programming languages that were used are Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and many more. From this experience, what i did was : 1. Project Planning, as a coding instructor I needed to coordinate with my coworker and plan what the curriculum and what the teachers are going to teach and discuss with the students in the upcoming work semester. 2. Tutoring, I helped teach students and teachers about programming, be it basic programming to get fundamentals to some more complex programming and sometimes helping students with their programming homework by giving explanations 3. Student Retention, I also helped get new students into the company as well as help retain old students from leaving the company by making the teaching program more enjoyable for the students. 4. Took part in KOMINFO Program. I Also participated in a KOMINFO (Indonesia’s Ministry of Communications and Informatics) program where my part was to help educate teachers from all across Indonesia on computer science in general as well as Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence.
