WHAT I DELIVER TO WEB3 STARTUPS

• Raise $1M–$12M rounds (SAFTs, token warrants, equity) and manage top-tier VC relationships

• Design and execute token economics that survive exchange due-diligence and listing processes

• Build treasury, accounting, compliance, and payroll systems that scale from 10 → 100 people

• Lead financial modeling, board reporting, cap-table management, and audit preparation

• Implement Fireblocks + multisig + MPC workflows, on-chain & off-chain payment rails

• Automate everything: accounting (CryptoWorth), approvals (ApprovalMax), investor updates (Carta)
