Led the Group-wide Commercial teams in annual strategy development & forecasting, monthly planning, inter-team coordination, partner management, business development/sales, capacity planning, and innovation projects. Notable achievements include: Achieved positive net profit in H2 2021 for iMoney PH. Developed the subscription revenue stream for iMoney PH – this novel initiative balanced both partner ambition and local regulatory requirements. Improved Group Q1 2022 performance by ~2x for revenue and gross profit vs. 2021, and near pre-pandemic performance with only ~50% of the headcount. Grew the transactional business’s share of Group revenue from ~35% to ~50%. Implemented Whatsapp for business for MY Personal Loans category, resulting in an immediate uplift of ~RM3.5mil in additional disbursements in Q4 2021. Customer contact rate grew from ~50% to ~90%, as it is the clear communication preference of Malaysians. Led the External Good Practices workstream which involved collaboration on key learnings with numerous international and local NGOs. Developed high level HC/HR strategies and status reports for 17 Government-linked companies (GLCs) as well as a consolidated final report for a sovereign wealth fund after assessing the GLCs’ final-stage progress of a 10-year federal initiative aimed at increasing competitiveness and resilience to economic downturn.
