Contributed to BD, community strategy, GTM planning, and partnership outreach for DeFi and AI-adjacent project launches. Delivered full community infrastructure for clients: Telegram/Discord setups, onboarding flows, moderation systems, contributor programs. Produced social media content, community scripts, messaging frameworks, and ecosystem guides. Developed activation campaigns and growth experiments tailored to early-stage protocol lifecycles. Collaborated in a 10–14 person cross-functional agency team spanning BD, PM, product, content, and development.

Formalised ecosystem operations as part of the semi-autonomous Canto Growth Collective. Designed and launched the Canto Ambassador Program (500+ applicants). Built operational workflows using Notion, Zapier, Forms.app, Discord bots, Calendly, and Zoom. Led ambassador recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and weekly contributor coordination. Built larger-scale community strategy, contributor pipelines, and ecosystem support processes. Represented Canto at ETHCC Brussels through co-organised events with Cadence Protocol / Symphony.io. Participated in public AMA’s on RWA’s, Music+, The Canto ambassador program, and key ecosystem milestones. Directed high-visibility social messaging during the Canto downtime incident, widely noted in-industry for transparency-first crisis comms.

Supported ecosystem founders and pioneers through testnet operations and launch strategy. Grew and managed early Canto communities across X, Discord, and Telegram (0 → tens of thousands). Coordinated with partners, founders, and protocol teams to support onchain adoption and integrations. Oversaw comms, content, and community growth initiatives during key roadmap milestones. Moderated the Discord server for the first free mint NFT collection on the Canto network.
