I’ve spent the last few years deeply involved in the Web3 space, working across DeFi, NFTs, and consulting. I co-founded and scaled a 7-figure Web3 consulting business, helping projects grow from early-stage ideas to full market launches. One of the most notable, was a project with over $50 million in trading volume.

My work has covered everything from product discovery and user research to cross-functional team leadership and go-to-market strategy. I’ve managed developers, designers, and marketing teams, often translating complex blockchain concepts into clear, actionable plans. A big part of my focus has always been making Web3 products more accessible—thinking about how to simplify the experience for real, everyday users. (Just ask my mom!)

More than anything, I understand the realities of building in crypto: the need to be adaptable, user-obsessed, and execution-focused in a fast-moving environment.
