Jafreno is currently working in Shopee International Indonesia within Service by Shopee (Dikelola Shopee) business line. Throughout his experience in SBS, he has been involved in three different departments (i.e. Pricing Margin, SBS Project, and SBS Director’s Office) in which has allowed him to gain various knowledge, network, and insights. Current scope of work varies based on numerous ad-hoc projects and studies related to growth strategies, continuous process improvements, price competitiveness, and many more. Previously spent 3.5 years as a senior consultant in PwC Risk Assurance, where he obtained experience and knowledge in business processes management, risk analysis and profiling across various industries from financial services, telecommunication, e-commerce, and public sector. He believes his experiences have given him the ability to structure problems systematically, think critically, manage projects, cope with pressure and challenges, and most importantly, good interpersonal and communication skills.
