I am Yashvardhan Jagnani, a final year BTech (Computer Science Engineering) student from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India, with my graduation due in May 2023 and currently based in Bangalore, India.  I am a highly skilled and motivated software developer specializing in frontend development, with 3+ years of experience using JavaScript and TypeScript. I have also used these in creating multiple projects, including a React library called 'react-easy-marquee' that is currently live on the NPM registry with 1500+ users. Apart from these, I also have practical working experiences with ReactJS, NextJS, VueJS, GatsbyJS, RemixJS, and other frontend frameworks.

Presently, I am associated with Hashmail, a company engaged in bridging communications in web3, as one of their founding engineers, having architected and written down their production-grade code and laying down the entire codebases for 3 projects; The main application, the proxy server for all the APIs, and an ongoing internal project. These projects have already scaled to thousands of active users.

Before this, I was associated with Quinence, a company that built web3-based client applications. I was responsible for launching an NFT gallery and marketplace, The Soulless Citadel. It had gamification of NFT characters' statistics where the characters could compete in battles and top the leaderboard. My learnings included a deeper understanding of NTFs (minting and transfers between wallets), RPC calls, and how they work. Apart from this, I also created a Proof-of-concept for a metaverse project, giving me insights into WebGL APIs.

During my association with wealth42, a company aimed at building personalized investment schemes, we reduced over 50% of the loan and goals-related questions by reducing the questions from a monolithic form to a decision tree, resulting in a smoother experience and reduced cognitive overload for the users. 

 
I have been part of the first cohort of the pre-fellowship program of Major League Hacking, wherein I got the opportunity to contribute in 2 different areas; creating a DailyDev equivalent Visual Studio Code extension, a Command Line Interface tool, that enhanced my understanding of bash and shell.

During my tenure in Slash, which serves as a payments solution catering to B2B sales, I was responsible for building the merchant dashboard. This dashboard was used for product listings, data analysis, and driving sales campaigns. I also employed a custom data analytics pipeline. Along with that, I also built the landing page to attract users.

I have been increasingly gaining knowledge about DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, IoT, and more as my curiosity for software development has grown manifold over the past couple of years. This curiosity keeps me motivated to continuously explore upcoming solutions, libraries, and frameworks. I am highly fascinated with Web 3.0 and have worked with many chains, including Ethereum, Polygon, Zilliqa, and Hedera. I learned about ethereum and solidity through Alchemy University and got an opportunity to practice it. I have used Polygon and its Zero-Knowledge Proof submodule PolygonID in projects.

As a non-computer science student in school, I embarked on my software development journey in my second semester of undergrad. Since my curiosity for the same has only grown, it has helped me explore and build various software solutions on different libraries and frameworks and has helped me gain knowledge on surrounding concepts like DevOps, CI/CD, pipelines, IoT, and more.
