• Work closely with CMO to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Clearpool, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives. • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media (5 Channels), search, display, and content marketing. • Identify and oversee successful Panels and Side Events at leading industry conferences • Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure the highest return on investment with clear goals & KPIs. • Build and manage marketing automations, growth marketing campaigns, liquidity mining campaigns with KPIs. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
