Ever since I bought cryptocurrency for the first time in 2017, my interest in the space has been exponentially increasing. I've researched and gained a large amount of knowledge on not only how cryptocurrency works, but also NFTs, the Metaverse, and Web3 as a whole. When I graduated college in 2021, I decided that this is the industry I want to be in for the rest of my life.

My real-world work experience has focused on agile roles in several startup companies. I've been in countless positions where I had to learn about a new industry, meet a new team, and adapt to new environments while focusing on multiple things at once. However, most of my relevant experience comes from my entertainment company, Basement Bars. Through Basement Bars, I created not only a functional artist management and event production company but also taught myself how to lead. Since then, I've learned how to manage people, projects, and most importantly, myself on how to be productive, efficient, and hard-working.

A "superpower" of mine that some may call a "blessing and a curse" is my operational mindset. I believe that for most companies to grow and generate consistent revenue, they must first establish a consistent internal process to manage that growth or revenue. This could include departmental workflows, onboarding plans, day-to-day operations, or simple task management. I believe that everything internally for a company needs to be in order to achieve success externally.

My experience and skillset revolves around roles such as project management, marketing, business development, research and community management. I am happy to demonstrate my experience in an interview.
