University: Attended a 4-year course at the University of Suffolk and achieved a BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions. For my dissertation, I researched code signing capabilities offered by BT and 3rd party vendors and created a code signing application integrating with the AWS Key Management Service (KMS). This application ensured that machines/users could verify code had not been tampered with. Work: For my job role, I worked in the cryptography team shadowing a security architect to understand PKI and security in the mobile space, helping design and implement the initial BT PKI solution to begin to support the BT Network Segregation policies and comply with the Telecommunications Security Act. I also helped with manual signing of BT Set Top Box and Home Hub firmware, ensuring I was meeting the SLA and communicating effectively with the customer, managing and recording all of this data to provide a detailed weekly report to senior managers.

Took part in daily stand-up meetings in order to comply with the SCRUM methodology as well as organised and attended meetings with other employees. Created a prototype notepad application and a client application using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C# and XAML.

2 days of work experience as part of my college course to understand what this type of role would entail as this area was of interest to me. I helped fix and configure a network as well as attending team meetings.
