Lead a team of 3 - 8 young programmers, acting both as Team Lead and Project Manager. We delivered numerous web sites and applications to live release. Developed iPhone and Android specialized clock-based background application. Integrated Google Maps API and developed RSS feeds to Google maps. Developed SharePoint solutions in C#. Wrote automated email system in PHP. Created and managed several large databases in MySQL, PostGreSQL and SQL Server. Maintained servers and web sites for several large companies around Tokyo.

Developed Excel quantitative add-in in C# with some C++ support used by the traders. This add-in would calculate complex financial formulas and algorithms, for presentation in Excel as the UI. Developed some specialized trading libraries, including a ‘vol swap’ package.

Developed an Outlook extension using C++ that provided encrypted e-mail support.

Created a C++ application to provide a customized document and email search engine for Outlook.

• For the Windows OS Diagnostic & Support Tools, designed, developed the Windows Reporting Tool, Exception Debugging Monitor and the Diagnostic Trace Application. These projects included web scripting, ISAPI, SQL Server support, and extensive use of underlying Windows debugging support • For the Auto-PC product, designed, developed and supervised of the overall deployment of the AutoPC Messages application and wireless messaging sub-system. This system was implemented in C++ in a COM framework, including the use of speech recognition and speech output
