I am an IT professional with over 10 years of experience across cybersecurity, IT operations, change and release management, blockchain technologies and AI-driven solutions. I have built my career by combining technical expertise, process management, customer communication and a strong ability to adapt to emerging technologies.

In recent years, I have focused on innovative technology areas including blockchain, artificial intelligence, automation, and quality assurance. At Braiins Mining Tools, I worked as a Bitcoin Mining Specialist, gaining practical experience with blockchain infrastructure, mining technologies and cryptocurrency ecosystems. This experience strengthened my interest in decentralized technologies and security-focused solutions. Lately i worked for Trezor hardware wallet with logistics and technical customer support, assisting customers with product-related questions, shipping processes and technical challenges.

Before moving into emerging technologies, I developed a strong foundation in enterprise IT environments. From 2019, I worked on a long-term assignment at ING DiBa Germany within the Security Monitoring & Assessment team, focusing on security event monitoring assessments, security process improvements and onboarding activities related to security services.

At ING Bank Czech Republic, I worked as a Change & Release Manager and Process Owner, where I designed and implemented a new Change & Release Management process combining waterfall and agile methodologies. I helped improve IT governance, operational efficiency and structured change management practices across the organization.

Earlier in my career, I gained hands-on experience at IBM and D-Ploy in IT operations, system administration, SAP monitoring, Wintel administration, CMDB management, technical changes and customer-facing support.

I am passionate about artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and automation. I actively work with modern AI tools and platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Rork Max, n8n, Lovable, and Base44. AI is not only my professional interest but also a personal passion and I continuously explore new technologies and automation opportunities.
