Admin Manager

I am Joana Marie Villardez, I am experienced as an admin assistant for about 8 months where the tasks that were given to me were to schedule different trainings and primary or secondary support for each training, I also manage the weekly data clean-ups, and some information that needs to be updated on other datas. I am also an experienced virtual admin manager, for 1 yr. The major tasks I have done were to create company policies, company contracts and agreements between the employees and the employer. 


I also created memorandums as well as the mission and vision of the company, I also managed organizing the files, scheduling events and meetings, I also created the templates for the employees daily task report, voucher receipts, attendance tracker, expense report and payslip. I was also responsible for updating those daily, weekly and monthly tracking. I also create different posters for the company’s social media accounts using Canva.


I manage the team's tasks updates. As well as monitoring the advertisement of the social media manager. Creating the job descriptions of every employees.
