Contributed to the iFAST Global Bank ecosystem by developing features, maintenance and bug-fixing using Angular for the frontend and Spring Boot (Java) for the backend. Architected and implemented an end-to-end data pipeline that channeled frontend metrics through the backend to AWS Kinesis. This enabled real-time visualization of system data, providing the team with better insights into application performance and user behavior. Executed comprehensive UAT and staging tests to validate new features and ensure seamless software deployments. Played a key role in refining localization translation services in the iFast Global Bank website. Collaborated within an Agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups, peer code reviews, and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Collaborate with a global team from diverse backgrounds. Analyzed and synthesized qualitative data related to Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and DEI from the market analysis to identify strategic gaps and weaknesses in Clearwater’s existing online branding and talent attraction funnels. Translated research findings into a set of data-driven recommendations and presented them to stakeholders, outlining strategies to enhance digital brand visibility and improve key retentions metrics.
