Managed a team of six engineers to maintain and enhance Zebpay’s web exchange platform using NextJs (react), ensuring robust performance and scalability. Designed and deployed a comprehensive design system on NPMJs, streamlining the development process and ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience. Refactored Redux Store resulting in a 30% platform performance enhancement and increased user engagement by 20% through various optimisations and improvements. Conducted regular code reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing practices like Deepsource (static code analysis tool) to maintain high coding standard. Worked with customizing TradingView for the Futures platform for web and mobile (webview) responsiveness.

Revamped the front-end of a crypto trading exchange (built with React and NextJs) by building system design elements to provide end users a better experience, 92% of the preliminary test users found it easier to trade with the newer UI flows. Led development of lightweight charts that resulted in a performance improvement of ~75% (down to 1.5 seconds) and 14% increase in user interactions within 1 week.

Worked with product design to deliver complex financial platforms for two of the Big Four accounting firms by leading the teams in Angular and C#. (Projects included AI Based Accounting and CRM among others). Our key client has seen revenue increase to ~$2m along with a 300% rise in on-boarding new partners using these platforms. Developed an AI based Accounting SAAS application for a Singapore based startup, this helped secure a funding of $1 million.
