COO of a P2E gaming startup that shipped 4 games and multiple NFT collections, with smart contracts deployed across Avalanche and Solana. Built FYB3R Discord community from zero; retained an active membership post-project through the 2022 crash — a period when most P2E Discord servers emptied entirely. Directed full creative and production pipeline: original story development, art asset direction, web design concepts, developer coordination, and production QC across all shipped titles. Recruited, hired, managed, and released remote team members across creative, development, and operations in a fully async global environment across multiple time zones. Managed simultaneous community engagement across Discord, Twitter, Instagram, and Telegram; served as primary Discord moderator and community voice throughout the project. Secured organizational grant funding through successful proposal writing. Project paused in late 2022 following a smart contract exploit and the broader market crash — circumstances that ended hundreds of legitimate Web3 projects during that period.

Managed operations for the #1 ranked Simply Mac location in the nation out of 41 stores — generating $1.5–2M in annual retail revenue at the largest Apple Premier Partner chain in the US.

Oversaw $3M+ in combined annual revenue operations as General Manager and Operations Manager across seven concurrent Portland entertainment venues with 20+ staff per location. Directed artist and talent logistics, vendor contracts, staff management, and financial reconciliation across a nightly event calendar that never looked the same twice.
