My experience and achievement spanned across different roles from professional accountant, M&A head, public company director, PE investor to founder of a consumer business; covering industries of financial advisory, natural resource, private-equity and consumer products. 

I started my career as an accountant at KPMG, and earned the CPA qualification (HKICPA) and CFA designation which showcased my quantitative and analytical capability. 

After 6 years in KPMG, I joined the largest privately owned mining group in China and set up their M&A department. During that time I led and completed numerous deals up to value of HKD1.6 billion. 

Subsequently I moved to the private equity sector and at the same time sat on the board a HK-listed company as their executive director. 

In 2021, I founded a business in the industry of consumer products (R&D and distribution of skin care products and health supplement). After 3.5 years the new venture has become profit-making with annual turnover exceeding HKD10 million. 

I have the conviction and desire to the crypto and Web3 industry and strongly believed this is the thing for next few decades. Now as my businesses reached a stage of steady growth which can be passed on to co-founders and professional managers, I’m keen to step into the Web 3 and Crypto industries and willing to build my expertise from the ground again.
