Integrated OpenAI and LangChain to enable voice-driven task creation and natural-language operations, including robot status enquiry, task retrieval, and control actions via function calling. Delivered a payment middleware solution supporting room booking and clubhouse fee collection; converted facility management requirements into functional specifications and provided technical oversight of vendor delivery.
