I have been personally in web3 for 8+ years, working professionally in the space for 4+. I started in operations and strategy and have since taken on product and strategic leadership roles. My most recent work was at Confusion Capital (the foundation-like entity of Reserve Protocol) on the Digital Securities Initiative team (digitalsecuritiesinitiative.xyz). We were focused on developing a regulatory framework and product architecture for tokenized securities on permissionless blockchains. I owned the product spec, whitepaper, and cross functional coordination between legal research, cryptography engineering, and protocol design, translating an ambiguous regulatory landscape into concrete technical deliverables.
