Responsible for visual direction and communication design for transformation programs and internal platforms. Led creative direction and execution for multi-platform campaigns, supported large-scale mergers, and developed the company’s new brand identity.

Started out in creative production and worked across film, animation, live events and editorial. Freelanced as art director under my own name (MTHSN), produced commercials and identity work at All In! Media, and did stage design and live performance as a visual artist with Metafusion. Ran Secret Walls Norway as partner, putting on live competitive art events. Founded The Midnight Raiders, a creative platform with a small e-commerce side. Career started with an internship at Renommé Communication, and national service in the Norwegian Army before that.
