Led technology strategy, architecture, and operations for the first SEC-registered Alternative Trading System (ATS) supporting overnight U.S. equities trading. Helped scale overnight trading volume 10x from approximately $100M to over $1B in nightly notional value while supporting broker-dealers, market makers, and global market participants across North America, Europe, and Asia. Served as acting CTO, reporting directly to the CEO, and led a 9-person technology organization responsible for infrastructure, cloud operations, software engineering, enterprise technology, and client onboarding/support.

Founded and operated multiple businesses spanning e-commerce, wellness services, and manufacturing/retail operations, building products, processes, and teams of up to 33 employees. Provided technology, analytics, and business consulting services across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and commercial real estate organizations.

Supported Fixed Income Electronic Trading initiatives by implementing time-series data infrastructure for institutional environments. Implemented OneTick time-series data infrastructure for real-time data ingestion, reporting, and analytics across Treasury, Municipal, and Equity trading environments processing up to 50,000 messages per second.

Led the creation of a commercial real estate analytics and reporting platform featuring CRM capabilities, automated waterfall distribution processing, and portfolio analytics. Built and managed the company’s first analytics team, growing the function from a single-person operation to a 5-member team responsible for data ingestion, reporting, and business intelligence.

Supported enterprise data and analytics initiatives across Finance, Construction and Forestry, Dealer Operations, Parts, and Agriculture divisions. Designed and implemented John Deere's first enterprise data mart, integrating data across multiple business divisions into a centralized reporting and analytics platform that supported autonomous vehicle initiatives.
