I've been at Fidelity Digital Assets for 4 years, one of the world's largest institutions in digital asset custody, and this is exactly where I want to build my career in the new digital economy.
I started in Customer Support, assisting 300,000 retail clients in the US. I was then promoted to Senior Analyst in Account Management, handling both personal and institutional accounts, and today I'm a Senior Analyst in Custody Operations. Working across Operations has given me a deep understanding of the crypto exchange ecosystem from the inside.
In Account Management, I managed the onboarding of over 200 institutional accounts per year: custody, collateral a s market maker for Fidelity's stablecoin (FIDD), while supporting over 750,000 retail accounts. One of my proudest achievements: I led the optimization of the onboarding process and reduced the account opening time from 3 days to 8 hours, all while following strict KYC, AML, compliance, and risk management procedures.
Today I work in Custody Operations: reconciliations, settlement, digital asset custody (hot and cold wallets) for both retail and institutional accounts, as well as custody of BTC and ETH ETFs offered through Fidelity Investments, bank account management, and book and journals.
Across all three roles at Fidelity, I have led the testing of new tools and features prior to client-facing releases, and maintained continuous operational reporting.
