I had my fair share of experience with B2B programs. I've handled telco accounts and one of them I pioneered. It was a remarkable experience since I was able to establish the parameters for QA and KPIs that until now, are being used by the company even after I left. 

The biggest opportunity for me so far is building the highest escalation group in TikTok. I take pride in this project as this was built from dust. SOPs were vague still before I took over the project since they created one before the launching. I worked hand in hand with the identified POCs and even took over the role of hiring people who fit perfectly in this campaign. 

I'm proud to say that we were able to fulfill the demands of our consumers and stakeholders from day 1 until now, with minor revisions. This has led me to travel for business to different countries. It helped me learn how to manage and handle these type of business and how to confidently build a strong foundation from scratch.
