Game Moderator

I have 10 years of experience in the BPO industry and 5 years of work experience in the Gaming Industry. I started my journey in the gaming industry as a Player Support. My task is to asnwer inquiries and provide assistance to players through email. After a few months, I was promoted to be a Shift Lead and my primary task is to ensure that my team will meat our KPIs. I managed 23 agents while also tasked to train new hires, manage the queue and distribute tickets to the team to avoid going over our SLAs, Suggest process improvements, participate in weekly calibrations and collaborate with our clients and developers to fix any known bugs in the game. I also provide coaching and create S.M.A.R.T action plans to my teammates to ensure that we hit our goals. Afterwards, I became part of the Trust and Safety Moderations Team and our main task is to ensure that our platform remains a safe environment for everyone by taking the appropriate actions in accordance to our rules and guidelines.

I'm looking for a Moderation job that will allow me to work in a remote or work-from-home set up and provide a better and more competitive compensation. 

Outside of work, I like to play FPS, and RPG games, listening to music, watching movies and learning about trading. I also tried trading cryptocurrencies and playing blockchain-based games like axie infinity, bomb crypto, crypto blades, etc.
