Hi, I'm James - an end-to-end Talent Specialist with added Account Management expertise; passionate about utilising my depth of experience (5.5+ years) to help mission-driven businesses build and execute GTM talent strategies whilst leveraging EVP, Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing to elevate the business above their competitors. 

Having fallen in love with the tech industry and the fast-paced environments, I'd love to join a business where you are given autonomy to solve problems and achieve goals creatively and efficiently.

Outside of work, I play various sports from hockey to squash, but also immerse myself in various areas of the tech space from web3 & DeFi to HealthTech and have even started to learn to code & Co-Founding a side project (Radix Wiki).
