Hello, my name is Jeare Agas, and I recently graduated with a degree in international business from the University of California, San Diego. I've honed my skills in contract administration and CRM systems as an MD7 Contract Reviewer, adapting to changing priorities to ensure timely and accurate project completion. 

As a Game Data Analyst Intern at Workplace Technologies Research Inc., I'm currently developing my data analysis and visualization skills while focusing on increasing player retention and engagement for a mining game pilot. During my time as a Cognitive Science Product Management Intern, I also gained experience in market research and go-to-market strategies.

Outside of work, I love getting involved in the community as a Marketing and Outreach Volunteer for Say San Diego: The LGBTQ+ Collective. I'm passionate about sustainable development, diversity, and startups, and enjoy activities like rock climbing, boxing, and basketball in my free time.
