I am a highly experienced project manager and web developer with a proven track record of successfully leading and growing teams. I have successfully managed 3 major projects for Supra (Data Dashboard, Bridge App, and Block Explorer), including leading daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and weekly syncs with directors. I am skilled in creating wireframes for stakeholder approval, working closely with designers to provide direction, and mentoring team members to achieve a healthy work-life balance and stay focused. In addition to creating tutorials and documentation to onboard new team members, I have built a strong team of Frontend and Backend engineers, growing the team from 3 to 15 people.
