I spearhead development of a training data platform for Google’s reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) processes for deep research model development. This work includes conducting customer research and providing strategic guidance on model usability. From a back-end perspective, I support the development of task-rubric pipelines and tooling while managing a team of experts to control data pipeline quality.

At Foundry Digital, I led the go-to-market strategy for the company’s AI offering, securing pilot programs with five blockchain protocols and driving ~$15M in annual recurring revenue. I built and executed firm-wide product strategy and risk programs, prioritizing 50+ initiatives and reporting directly to the board. By overhauling collaboration between research, engineering, and product, I reduced feature delivery timelines by 3–4 months. I directed controls, privacy, and security audit programs, designing 60+ controls, achieving annual Type II certifications, and accelerating regulatory filings for 17 S&P 500 clients. I defined compliance requirements for AI and blockchain products, aligning with NIST AI safety, SEC, CFTC, KYC, and BSA standards. I also delivered a digital asset payments system generating ~$5M ARR and implemented an enterprise data platform with integrated GRC capabilities. Across all initiatives, I applied financial forecasting to guide strategy, measure ROI, and support investment decisions.

At Deloitte, I led a cross-business team of 20+ professionals in building the firm’s Trustworthy AI service line, helping define its responsible AI framework and steering its go-to-market strategy. I oversaw the GRC vendor alliance program, working with more than 100 practitioners to deliver software deployments for government agencies and generated a $15M+ business pipeline. For multiple federal regulatory agencies, I designed and implemented enterprise risk management programs that integrated risk practices into annual strategic planning, influencing over $30B in budgets. I also directed privacy policy and led a team of machine learning developers to launch a COVID-19 contact tracing platform adopted by multiple states and universities.
