I am a PhD in Physics with 4 years experience as a cryptocurrency research analyst at Weiss Crypto Ratings. I have analysed and reviewed more than 100 crypto projects including L1s, L2s and DeFi protocols. 

For L1s, my analysis considered consensus mechanisms (pBFT, POW, etc), scalability and decentralization. For DeFi protocols, my analysis incorporated tokenomics, protocol revenue, onchain analytics and usage amongst others. I am a heavy DeFi user strongly familiar with all facets of DeFi, including LPing, yield farming, leverage borrowing etc. I am most familiar with the workings of THORChain (RUNE) besides being a highly involved community member. 

In 2021, I was promoted to senior analyst, responsible as the primary writer and coin recommender for the publication (Undiscovered Cryptos) in Weiss Crypto Ratings. This newsletter recommends DeFi focussed coins to non-tech literate retired High Net Worth Individuals and generated $4 million in revenue. My most profitable picks included RUNE, SNX and FTM.

I have studied and worked in countries including France, Germany, USA and primarily Australia. After glimpsing the extraordinary potential of cryptocurrencies in 2018, I decided to leave a lucrative career in Cancer Physics to pursue my passion for cryptocurrencies full time.
