As an alternative to traditional agencies, we satisfy always-on photo and video needs for any market, delivering authentic visuals in half the time and at a fraction of the cost. Unlike influencer platforms we focus solely on high quality content production for marketers to use across your owned and paid media, vetting our content creators on their creative skills rather than follower counts. My responsibilities: -Lead the post-production workflow for photo and video content, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery. -Conduct photo retouching to enhance image quality, including color correction, image manipulation, and overall visual enhancements. -Edit and optimize video content for social media platforms, ensuring engaging and attention-grabbing videos that align with the brand's style and objectives. -Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver on creative briefs. -Provide artistic direction and guidance to junior editors and freelancers, maintaining consistency in style and visual aesthetic. -Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve editing capabilities and quality of work. -Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient organization and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines. -Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling video ads that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive audience engagement. -Ensure all post-production deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and specifications.
