Been out of my comfort zone since the early days of my life. I'm a curious and proactive individual, who sought since an early age to learn something new every day.

That willingness to learn and improve lead me to pursue and finish several courses: BSc. Electrical and Computers Engineering, Post Grad in Product Innovation, Post Grad in Busines Process Management and Engineering and now finishing a Master Degree in Economics and Innovation management. Between those, I add the chance to engage in small duration courses (Business Strategy Management, Strategic Marketing Management, Design Thinking, and Leadership). 

Started my professional as a continuous improvement engineer in the textile industry where I have got the first contact with continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Agile) and project management. 
8 months gone and I had the chance to be leading a team of 40 highly skilled people (as Production and Continuous Improvement Manager) distributed between 3 shifts, focusing on raising the standards about product planning, quality, and delivery time. 

As my playground is exactly out of my comfort zone, after almost 2 and a half years as Production and Continuous Improvement Manager in the textile industry I've taken the chance to dive into the product world as a Product Owner. 
During the last years, I had the chance to work on a wide range of product areas as FinTech, Tourism, Sports Betting and Crypto.

We are made of our experiences, and those allowed me to grow and improve as a human and professional.

Summing up, I help teams to achieve outstanding results through a positive and continuous improvement mindset, where we believe that first, we set our values (commitment and cooperation), then we refine our processes and the results will follow.
