•Responsible for guiding all aspects of the organization’s information technology solutions, initiatives, business intelligence, project management and business analysis priorities •Tracking project timelines & progress using Github, Trello, Freshdesk, and Google Drive. •Manage 600+ Linux and Windows media players •Manage case data, case filters, kiosk check-ins, and graphic content for over 100 government organizations across 5 time zones

•Planning, implementing, status updates, & results via meetings with Government leaders •Coordination and planning across a variety of roles: System Admin, Leadership, Account Management, Integration, Logistics, Design, Application Development and Testing, Sales, Training, Support. •Install, configure and manage the Debian/Ubuntu Linux operating systems •Root-Cause Analysis of operating system and hardware failures. •Website manager •On-call support for Linux and Windows, for case data environments running on DocketVision and Case Management Softwares. •Applying updates, upgrades and patches to OS environments as needed
