I have served as an Operations Lead for MoonPay, where I led the company-wide OKRs/KPIs formation, designed and executed the initial talent lifecycle for 25 new hires over 6 months, and tripled the onboarding speed of new hires by creating a standardized onboarding process using Notion, BambooHR, and Slack channels. My efforts to establish a baseline of cryptocurrency and blockchain knowledge for the company's employees were highly successful, with me delivering live webinars via Zoom for 50+ employees on Crypto 101, DeFi, and NFTs.

I also am currently working as a Lifecycle Marketing and Sales Consultant, identifying a lifecycle marketing opportunity within the S. Florida real estate market to validate & convert a list of realtors into clients for a prominent FL real estate attorney. I designed and executed a B2B go-to-market strategy that resulted in a warm lead list of 70 realtors who responded to a carrot of our proprietary real estate closing checklist PDF.

In my role as a Strategy and Marketing Consultant for TreatDAO Ecosystem, I advise the C-Suite on strategic decisions such as tokenomics, product features, partnerships, and strategic vision. I developed and executed an exchange listing evaluation process that led to the successful listing of the $TREAT token on a centralized exchange. I also defined the Treat Magazine initial strategy, team roles, responsibilities, OKRs & KPIs, and negotiated a 60% reduction on their service costs from three key partners.

As a Web3 Investment Lead for a high-net-worth private investor, I drove the deal-sourcing process to surface thousands of potential investments, filtered and committed to 60+ cryptocurrency and NFT investments, and advised portfolio companies on tokenomics, strategic operations, GTM, and PMF.
