Securities/Crypto/Blockchain Attorney

I am a recent graduate of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law with a passion for securities law, blockchain technology, and digital assets. Through internships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in San Francisco and Salt Lake City, I gained hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, enforcement matters, and corporate governance. My work focused on analyzing financial transactions, assessing regulatory risks, and navigating the evolving legal landscape of digital assets and blockchain protocols.

Additionally, I honed my investigative skills at the Utah Department of Commerce Division of Securities, where I conducted white-collar crime investigations into securities fraud. These experiences deepened my understanding of investor protection and regulatory frameworks while equipping me with a strong analytical foundation.

I am actively seeking opportunities with innovative companies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industries where I can contribute to compliance programs, navigate complex regulatory challenges, and support the growth of decentralized financial systems. My goal is to work at the intersection of law and technology, helping organizations adapt to a rapidly evolving legal landscape while fostering trust and transparency in the crypto ecosystem.
