Experienced investment banker with a proven track record of leading multi-billion-dollar transactions, including managing the largest public-sector debt financing in history—the European Union's €17bn deal in 2020. Joseph is a results-driven leader offering a unique blend of interpersonal, commercial and technical skills, promoted to Executive Director in just 8-years (youngest ED in his sector on the street). In 2023, he undertook a 12-month solo unsupported bike-tour across the Andes mountains in South America, documenting the experience as a freelance photojournalist. He has recently reskilled (via Oxford Saïd Business School) in Blockchain, Digital Assets/Crypto and the Web3 sector more broadly.
