Partnered with the Client Services team to meet a 7-day SLA, maintaining over 95% compliance for Tier 1–3 issues using application expertise and SQL analysis. Collaborated weekly with Application Development and Product teams to expand knowledge of the application’s UI and database and contribute to discussions on future enhancements. Led the Lease Accounting Admin initiative by consolidating and promoting resources such as Pendo Guides, Center of Excellence webinars, and Support Center documentation to improve the admin experience. Led CoStar Group’s Asian and Pacific Islander (API) Employee Resource Group, supporting and educating over 4,500 employees on inclusion, workplace differences, and professional development resources.

Developed and implemented a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) for 30+ departments in the College of Arts & Sciences following updates to the information security plan, improving data breach response readiness for faculty and staff. Provided remote technical support to 500+ College of Arts & Sciences employees during the COVID-19 transition, resolving VPN setup, Zoom issues, and advising on online security best practices. Assessed security risks across university systems, networks, and data centers by identifying vulnerabilities, assigning risk ratings, and prioritizing remediation efforts.
