I am Mother, Wife and Entrepreneur and a hard working hustler. My husband and I run a real estate flipping firm and have turned that business to be self sufficient and automated firm. I run and manage the administrative side of our business. I am responsible for recruiting, hiring and managing virtual assistants and employees, create and track creative marketing campaigns, search; analyze and make MLS offers daily, create and analyze rehab costs on multiple projects, networking and building rapport with investors, construction crew and homeowners. Cold calling, handling payroll, research and skiptracing data for homeowners, schedule & manage appointments for business partners, find & connect with Private Money Lenders and other Investors. Handle acquisitions, find, research and report on new business opportunities, social media marketing and all administrative duties.  Before the creation of our real estate firm I managed a handmade clothing and jewelry company. I created & managed inventory systems, packaged & shipped out products, increased revenue by adding sales through social media selling and website shopify store. Created marketing campaigns & weekly newsletters, created displays for trade shows, created and managed inventory for trade show, new collections, added new boutiques to carry products, added sales reps and created & managed owners travel schedule, hired and managed interns and new hires. Managed China distributors and manufacturers that we hired to create new collections. Managed payroll for jewelry makers, helped owner/designer create new clothing and jewelry collections, moved clothing department from LA to Las Vegas, handled all customer and boutique owner inquiries, searched and managed all social media influencers, arranged and managed photo shoots for look books of new collections. Styled models and trained them for trade shows and assisted CEO/Designer to run the company.

 I am a multitasking pro who is self motivated, organized, disciplined and excited to learn a new skill set.
