Operations Manager

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and years of proven experience in healthcare and clinical activities. I am extremely organized, calm and professional with good healthcare skills. I have a passion for providing quality care to patients and the necessary leadership skills to inspire other staff members to strive to provide above standard levels of service.
 
In my present role as staff nurse at Philippine Children’s Medical Center, I was able to understand how critical my job is in ensuring that patients get the expected treatment and follow through. Working with Philippine Children’s Medical Center, as one of the government-owned and controlled corporate National Centers for Specialized Health Care under the Department of Health, I’ve undergone rigorous training and at the same time work under pressure with minimal supervision.
 
Prior to joining PCMC, I worked as an Assistant Manager at Teleperformance Philippines Inc., wherein I was tasked with evaluating the efficiency of up to 100 customer service representatives daily. I also developed and directed team leaders to effectively manage and meet client-set goals. During that time, I’ve been recognized as a dedicated and reliable person who has the ability to work without supervision.
 
In addition, my 6 years of experience in customer service helped me realize and relate patient-staff clinical duties I learned during the course of my education. While employed there, I was commended for proficiently handling difficult situations with customers and other customer service representatives.
