Developed a full-stack internal dashboard with TypeScript (React) frontend deployed on Vercel and Python (FastAPI) backend deployed on Railway, for monitoring and analyzing service data (JKP, JHT, JKK, JKM, JPN). Integrated multiple APIs (Google Calendar, Groq, and Travily) to support holiday impact analysis, AI chatbot functionality, and data research. Built forecasting models using Prophet to analyze claim trends influenced by public holidays. Developed an AI chatbot to assist with data analysis, forecasting, and knowledge enrichment based on available data.

HR Process Improvements: Contributed to HR process improvement initiatives focusing on operational efficiency. Process Mapping with SIPOC & Swimlane: Applied SIPOC and Swimlane frameworks to map HR processes and identify areas for improvement. Presentation to Management: Presented process mapping results to VP-level and management, providing data-driven improvement recommendations. AppSheet Application Development: Developed an AppSheet application to support automation and efficient HR process management. Database Management with Spreadsheets: Designed and managed spreadsheets as a database to support the HR process improvement application.
