Hired as a BDR, substantially took ownership of the pre-sale, partnerships, account-based sale, community engagement, and SalesOps. Built the essential sales processes in the company and was growing in a customer- and partner-facing role. • Developed an outbound sales cycle from scratch. Established research, outreach, event, and CRM SOPs. Managed a team of two market researchers and reported to the Chief Sales (COO). • Grew the outbound channel from 0% to 30% in the share of leads, and the event channel from 0% to 20%. • Closed two outbound deals in three months (~$50k cumulative). Transferred ownership for the deals with an estimated contract value of $120k. • Devised a partnership strategy from scratch. A BDR responsible for outbound communication, and event strategy at an international digital transformation firm. Worked in a small team, closely supervised by the Global VP of Biz Dev. Managed VP's strategic and personal prospecting to bring more qualified leads into the pipeline. • Planned and executed automated and personalized email outreach campaigns. Created ICPs April 2022 and Sales Playbooks for the whole BDR team. Owned knowledge base for Fintech/Insurtech, – April 2023 Digital Banking, IoT Manufacturing, and Pharma (AI). • Built a personal LI strategy aimed at getting new leads and managed VP’s LI communications.
