·        25 years in marketing communications, PR, software training, business development, and operations experience in the aerospace, software/hardware, mobile app development, retail, healthcare, education, non-profit, and other sectors including multi-year complex projects.

·        I have completed PMI's Disciplined Agile Scrum Master Course; currently focused on Scrum.org's PSM I Exam. Background in lean management thinking.

 

·        Developing and maintaining project plans and schedules, identifying key milestones, resource requirements, pre-requisites, and dependencies as well as risk visibility and mitigation.

·        I am comfortable and confident handling complex projects: requirements gathering, project scoping and tracking, negotiating risks and dependencies, communicating with multiple business units, and supporting go-live plans.
