A key project I’m proud of was at a SaaS company where our ABM program needed a complete overhaul. Sales was struggling with a slow, inconsistent lead qualification process, and marketing campaigns were firing without a clear connection to revenue goals. I built a new ABM framework in HubSpot and Salesforce, creating automation rules, workflows, and targeting systems that sped up lead qualification and made outreach more precise. As a result, sales engaged the right accounts at the right time, and marketing gained clearer visibility into what was working.
I also love turning chaos into clarity. At another company, I inherited a database of over half a million contacts—most of which were receiving broad-stroke campaigns. Instead of continuing the spray-and-pray approach, I introduced behavioral and demographic segmentation. This shift transformed generic outreach into tailored, relevant messaging, noticeably boosting campaign engagement. It was a strong reminder that small operational changes grounded in audience insight can have outsized impact.
Right now at in-House, I’m focused on building scalable processes from the ground up. I developed a repeatable research framework to keep our pipeline full, created a library of persona-specific outreach templates, and implemented documentation systems to make campaign execution smoother for everyone. These foundational improvements help teams not just work harder, but work smarter.
