As lead product designer I helped shape and execute product strategy at multiple levels. While managing a robust design system I also organised research and shaped our practice of design and development to embrace design thinking and agile development practices.

I was part of two development teams where I took responsibility for the UX at every step of the end-to-end development process following the Scrum method. I was also part of the product team led by the chief product officer to shape the roadmap by proposing and exploring possible futures of our product.

I worked on numerous products and services. Besides design-related tasks, I did UX research, project management, designed and held trainings, and mentored junior designers as well.
