● Built the foundations of a shared design system (typography scale, color tokens, theming, Tailwind configuration, and CVA variants), improving UI consistency and enabling faster feature development. ● Implemented reusable UI components and primitives from Figma designs, establishing a consistent component library used across 3 internal products. ● Built the core components and responsive pages for a host management web app supporting event operations; event create/edit flows, form state and validation, attendee ticket handling, and permissions aware UI for related workflows. ● Shipped a mobile app for FWB Fest used by 1,500 attendees and staff, implementing event day user flows including ticket access via QR code, real time event schedule, and UI for leaderboard and notifications/toasts. ● Developed an internal operations mobile app for event hosts and door staff to enable real-time guest check-in via QR code scanning and manual guest search, with instant validation feedback to support event entry flow. ● Owned the frontend create/RSVP flows for Mesh Mini, a mini app on Farcaster and Base, integrating wallet authentication via Privy; shipped in collaboration with the CTO.
